This week we celebrated the graduation of our Beginning and Pre-Beginning ESL courses for a client in Toronto, Canada.  The graduates participated in 30 hours of highly customized Workplace ESL classes in topics ranging from company forms, production line documents, and the basics of email communication.  Each unit was focused on increasing English language skills and learner confidence while using company terms and phrases.

With over 140 languages spoken in Toronto, the need for this program was self-evident to our client and we were able to customize the curriculum to their needs using their own HR forms, One Point Lessons, Standard Work documents and machine manuals. Working closely with the client, our curriculum designer created courses that matched and exceeded their desire for a stronger more communicative workforce.  We look forward to celebrating the advancement of more employees to higher levels of ESL through this successful program.
