ABOUT
Performance Solutions
Our mission is to provide customized solutions to meet organizations’ training and development needs. Our vision is to be a valued asset to organizations in our community, empowering their workforce to achieve its potential. We help companies gain a competitive advantage in the global economy by increasing the skills of their workforce through education, training, and consulting support.
Our staff, including instructors, are community college employees, with the exception of our consultants, who work with us as sub-contractors to the community colleges. Despite our “business-like” name, we are not a corporation, business, or even a non-profit 501c-3.
We are your local program solution for providing customized learning and development programs directly to organizations in the community. We are tasked with the mission of supporting the workforce development needs of corporations and for profits, non-profits and government agencies in our county.
