What Do We Offer?
Credit and Non-Credit Training
For your company to be competitive, the technical expertise of your employees must be at the forefront of your industry. We will work with you to identify the technical skills needed and the best industry professionals to train your workforce. We offer both non-credit hands-on programs, and courses and certificates for credit, from any of our community colleges.
Resources
We have training labs, equipment, tools, and facilities available for your employees or we can bring one of our expert technical instructors on-site to deliver in your space. Instructors have the industry certifications and on-the job experience to transfer those technical skills to your workforce.
Our Approach
We analyze your technical processes so that we can customize the training to your business. We also perform a thorough review of the work specifications and can provide in-depth task analysis to identify areas of need and priorities for training. Application activities are built into the training so employees train for on-the-job work using the tools, procedures and methodologies of the field. The emphasis is on transferring the necessary theoretical knowledge of the field while emphasizing the practical aspects with hands-on training by certified professionals.
