Since 2010, we’ve helped Financial Pacific Leasing, Inc. (FPL) exceed their employee development goals through customized leadership programs designed specifically for their needs. As a subsidiary of Umpqua Bank, FPL is a direct provider of small-ticket commercial equipment leases that help companies to grow by financing their acquisition of new and used equipment. We developed and launched several programs to achieve results in the areas of leadership, team-building, communication, and management. With each iteration of the program, IPS worked closely with FPL to Spring Clean the program by refining learning outcomes and course focus to meet the specific needs of each cohort ranging from experienced managers, to new supervisors to high potentials. Read more here:
