This is part two of a two-part Blog on Invista Performance Solutions’ (IPS) new website. We invite you to open our site and take a look at some of the new features—designed with you in mind.
IPS has added detailed Course Outlines such as Leading Change and Conflict Resolution, Generation Gap and the Workplace – Managers and Supervisors, and Interdepartmental Teamwork—just to name a few. On our Approach to Customized Training page under Customized Training you can view our list of Course Topics in the right-hand column. On most of the Course Topic pages you can download sample Course Outlines to view course descriptions, course objectives, and topics, while exploring what Invista Performance Solutions (IPS) offers you and your business. The outlines are samples of work we have provided other organizations and will be tailored. We continue to demonstrate our commitment to our clients, partners, and community by offering you courses that are customizable to your organization.
Another important aspect of our website is the Resource Page. Here you will find relevant information about Learning and Development and OD trends, white papers, useful tools and other resources. We will update it regularly.
Our Resource page will always contain important information about our Job Skills Program Grant (JSP) and Customized Training Program Fund (CTP). Washington’s Job Skills Program (JSP) is a grant we can offer your business to offset costs for customized training programs. Training is delivered to new or current employees at the work site or in a classroom.
The Customized Training Program (CTP) was also created by the State Legislature to provide training assistance to businesses that provide employment opportunities in Washington in the form of a rebate on training costs. CTP training is a tool for enhancing the growth of Washington’s economy, increasing employment opportunities and adding to the state’s quality of life.
