Invista Performance Solutions was formed five years ago as a collaboration of four Pierce County technical and community colleges—Clover Park Technical College, Pierce College Puyallup and Fort Steilacoom, and Tacoma Community College. We have a successful history of providing customized solutions to meet training and development needs for many organizations in Pierce Country. We help companies gain a competitive advantage in the global economy by increasing the skills of their workforce through education, training, coaching, and consulting support. Our goal is to make the businesses, non-profits, and government agencies of Pierce County aware of the quality of our services and our access to state grants and funds to support training, such as the Job Skills Program (JSP) and the Customized Training Program (CTP).

Over the span of the last five years, we have had a total of 67 clients across a variety of sectors. We have offered a total of 15,905 courses, to 227,701 trainees (duplicated headcount) and awarded 3,211 college credits. Invista has provided companies with $27,682 in CTP funds and $736,330 in grant dollars from the JSP to support training endeavors.
