As Learning and Development Professionals, we spend a lot of time thinking about how to make training more effective. During the design and development phase of the ADDIE process, we consider the many factors that influence the impact of training. Are the participants learning concepts or hands-on skills? Will they need to practice new ways of communicating or memorize facts for quick access later? If participants can learn at their own pace, will they be more likely to complete the training successfully? Do the participants need to demonstrate their mastery of skills? These are some of the questions we consider when choosing the best mode of training delivery.

We have worked with clients to develop several programs using non-traditional training delivery methods:

  • Live Instructor Led – at your location, any of our partner college campuses, or location of your choice
  • Online Instructor-Led or Self-Paced– customized web-based content we can host in our Learning Management System or yours for your learners’ convenience
  • Blended – both live instructor led and online training blended to allow flexibility for participants to learn at their own pace and receive feedback from an instructor in-person
  • Flipped Classroom – prior to an instructor led training session, participants learn content independently at their own pace, and then demonstrate proficiency in the classroom
