We’re excited to share our partnership with SAFE Boats International, a local marine manufacturer of unsinkable vessels for military, law enforcement, fire and rescue, and other agencies. We worked with their HR Manager to create a training program that resulted in industry recognized credentials for participants. Due to the increased skill and knowledge of their employees, SAFE Boats experienced a 24% reduction in defects immediately following the training with an additional reduction to 60% four months following the training as course participants continued to apply what they learned in training.
